Our Support Team

We have been working with a group of porters since 2017. They all live in the same village in Nepal, have worked together on other treks, and we have formed a strong bond with them; they feel like family! It has been very valuable to hire the same base crew consistently for each trip, as their experience and teamwork provide support and \guidance for new team members. The porters are an integral part of our trek as they
carry our main bags plus guide us on the trails. Our primary goal is to support local porters, who often bring along their friends or family members to join the team. We believe that fostering local communities not only enhances individual growth but also opens up new possibilities.
