Reservation policy
Deposit
All of our trips require a $200 non refundable deposit in order to secure a spot. If the booking is made less than 60 days prior to the trip, full payment is due upon registration.
Lifetime Deposits
Should the Client cancel their booking, the deposit amount will be held as a ‘Lifetime Deposit’ with the Company, subject to the full extent of these terms and conditions. This Lifetime Deposit has no expiry and may be used as a deposit on one future Company tour. This deposit is not transferable to another client.
