Trip Summary

Each day we will be immersed in the stunning beauty of Iceland; exploring yoga, natural movement, hiking and so much more. Depending on what is planned each day and where we are located will depict when and where a yoga class will be held. We plan to be flexible with the scheduling to cater to the vibe of the group. This is just a rough outline and may be subject to change.

September 1 – Arrive in Reykjavik and take a mini bus downtown for breakfast and a walking tour. We will then take a mini bus to Hveragerdi, the ‘hot spring capital’ of Iceland. Stay in Hveragerdi.

September 2 – Hike through beautiful lanscapes of Hveragerdi with steaming geothermal pockets and arrive at a hot river you can soak in. Stay in Hveragerdi.

September 3 – Hop on a bus and head to the black sand beaches of Vik. We will take our time as we drive and stop to view 2 waterfalls, the glacier volcano that erupted in 2008, and a turf house. Stay in Vik.

September 4 - We will visit Dyrohaley Rock and one of the most beautiful black sand beaches in the world. We will also do a hike to a Svartifoss waterfall. Stay in Skaftefell National Park.

September 5 – We will do a hike to a glacier and we will also see the famous Glacier Lagoon + Diamond Beach. Stay in Skaftefell National Park.

September 6
 - We will hike along an amazing fjord and end the day with a dip in the Secret Lagoon. Stay at an eco-village.

September 7 – We will enjoy a relaxing morning at the eco-village. Then we will go for a hike in Thingvellar National Park and make our way back to Reykjavik.

September 8 – Free day to check out the many sites, tastes, and experiences Reykjavik has to offer.

September 9
 – Depart home.
