Get ready to experience the health and wellness meca of Sri Thanu beach with Sara Jade, a Thailand vet! Sara has spent countless years roaming the beaches of Thailand, and is excited to show you around a place she calls her second home!

The retreat begins on April 1st. You are responsible for getting yourself down to Phangan Cove Resort on Sri Thanu beach, and back up to Bangkok. You can check in anytime after noon. See the accommodation page to find out the different options to get down south. Or email us and we can assist you.

Here is a sample schedule. This itinerary is subject to change:

6am - Wake up, Ishnaan Therapy
6:20am - Sadhana (Kundalini Yoga /meditation + tea)
9:30am - Breakfast
10:30am - Morning Program (Discussion, Interactive & Creative Exercises)
12pm - Lunch
2-6pm - Afternoon Options (Free time, rest, healing treatments, etc)
6pm - Dinner
7:30 - 9pm - Evening Meditation & Evening Program (movement, yoga, women's circle etc)
9:30pm - Bed
